Fishing Report from TPWD (Apr. 9)

GOOD. Water stained; 66 degrees; 1.25 feet above pool. Number of fish spawning in shallow water. Bass are spawning on the banks hitting white spinnerbaits, and white swim jigs. Crappie are on the banks and spawned out. It is the time to wade around the stumps for crappie. Catfish are good in shallow water in the creeks with cut bait.
